About The Role
More Than Just ReceptionYou'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play an important role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.Your responsibilities may include:
Greeting guests professionally
Answering telephone enquiries
Managing bookings and appointments
Basic administration duties
Email correspondence
Social media assistance
General office organisation
Supporting management and the team
Helping create a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Who We're Looking For
You Could Be Perfect If You...✔ Are 35 years or older✔ Have excellent communication skills✔ Enjoy talking with people✔ Have a confident and professional phone manner✔ Have basic computer skills✔ Comfortable using:Microsoft Word
